Studio Policies

  • Appointments are confirmed after intake form review and require a 50% non-refundable deposit.

  • Cancel or reschedule with a 24+ hour notice.

  • No-shows are charged in full.

  • 4” hair minimum required for Stitch Braids.

  • Hair must be washed within 24 hours, blow-dried straight, and free of oils or products. If needed, add these services at booking. Arrive unprepared and your appointment is canceled.

  • No last-minute service changes or add-ons.

  • No kids under 12, extra guests, strollers, or pets.

  • Final price may vary based on hair length, density, and time.
